RESPONSIBILITIES
To look after daily payment , corporate account opening and administration operations, and ensure the accuracy and productivity of BAU processing;
To be responsible for regulatory reporting and ensure it compliance to internal/external policies and regulations;
To train, groom and develop operation and team members through consistent and regular coaching and mentoring
To lead the team and provide solutions to new products and projects;
Assist department head in managing cost saving, identifying opportunities to rationalize resource utilization, tocomplete the ad-hoc operation project.
REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate preferably major in Business, Finance or related disciplines;
- At least 2 years related working experience in banking industry;
- Analytical, independent, good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Sufficient knowledge of SAFE/PBOC/CBRC regulations regarding payment, corporate operations and reporting;
- Good at people management and time management;
- Diligent and proactive, able to work under high pressure;
- English proficiency is highly preferred.
