POSITION SUMMARY
Garment Fit technician is responsible to handle technical aspects of pre-production related to fit, construction and workmanship with sourcing teams, technicians from the factory and our US team. Familiar with Garment is a must!
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting fit sample evaluation.
-Review and contrast the reference sample, technical file and size specification during the fitting on mannequin.
-Size measurement of the fit sample.
-Summarize the issue of the fit sample quality.
-Finishing fit report and photos during fitting.
-Send report and photos to US PD team.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
Education background:
Colleague graduate with technical training in garment fit and construction.
Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Type of experience:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in garment or textile industry, preferably in buying/sourcing office. Familiar with web PDM system and designer software.
US market experience is a must.
Strong knowledge on pattern alternation and grading.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
