Requirements:
- Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years management experience in quality control and assurance preferably in toys industry
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards(ASTM F963 &EN71) and regulations for US, European and International markets
- Solid Experience in supplier audit and qualification process
- Strong analytical, proactive, project management and presentation skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Responsibilities:
- Define Quality policies and procedures for the quality team
- Evaluate product’s quality, reliability and safety in order to ensure that products meet the international quality standards
- Establish and monitor the process and procedures in order to improve quality
- Analyze and review product quality problem complained by customers and recommend corrective action to solve the problem
- Audit supplier’s quality system, include the quality inspection standard, production and control plan
- Develop product specification aligned with client’s expectation and communicate with suppliers
- Work with the supplier factories, Engineering Team, R&D Team, Product Teams and Quality Team in order to find out the potential problem, track and solve the problem in order to improve the product quality
- Provide quality training for the suppliers and internal staff
- Summarize the quality issues and report to top Management
