Job Description ：
Assist mortgage support to prepare and process related documentations for mortgage loan applications.
To handle customer service for land searching from PEC
To handle loan document handover with customer
To coordinate and follow up with other department for Account Opening & Signature Verify Processing
Assist product manager on MIS preparation and payment processing.
Billing verification and follow-up of payment processing.
Internal document filing and administration system setup.
Job Skills/Qualifications
College graduate or above
Able to work independently, responsible and with proactive attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good learning ability for new knowledge and skills
Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software
