Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years practical experience in clothing products quality management

Previous experience in textile industry is a must, baby clothing preferred.

Knowledge of EU and US regulatory and requirements on baby clothes standards including safety and testing best practices.

Good time management and problem solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation skills, good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Well-organized, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and international team work attitude.

Responsibilities:

Reports directly to the Group Product Compliance Manager – Clothing in Head Office

Risk analysis during the development of the collection, identification of safety requirements and control points.

Definition of test plans on materials and products, working with suppliers and labs for test plan implementations.

Analysis of regulatory compliance for the products both for local and international markets.

Share and train the suppliers on the content of Clothing Quality Manual.

Management of non-conformities, working with Suppliers, Supply Chain and Product organization.
