岗位要求：
1、熟悉物流仓储作业的操作流程和环节，能独立组织业务经营；
2、能制定项目具体实施计划，具有流程监控和应急处理的能力；
3、管理操作部日常运作，做好部门团队管理工作，提高工作效率；
4、较强的营运意识和外贸业务基础，善于整合配置资源；

任职要求：
1、五年以上物流仓储相关领域工作经验，有一定管理能力，至少管理过10人以上的团队；
2、有集体化企业或第三方物流运作管理经验优先；
3、热爱物流行业，有较好的协调沟通和计划执行能力，有一定的抗压能力。
