任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，室内设计、工程管理等相关专业；
2、2年以上设计院或商业地产装饰工作经验，有商业项目开发经验优先。
3、掌握装饰设计专业知识、商业项目装饰要求、精通相关设计绘图软件及办公软件的应用；
4、熟悉本专业设计管理、商户二装、工程改扩建相关工作流程及关键点。

岗位职责：
在部门负责人的统筹安排下，参与项目的装饰设计、工程实施检查与验收等协助工作，配合本专业商户二装方案审核及验收，配合完成在营项目工程改扩建本专业等相关工作。
