工作概要:
向甲方客户公司提供具备服务器硬件(IBM/HP/DELL/CISCO)、操作系统（AIX/HP-UNIX/SUSE LINUX/REDHAT LINUX/WINDOWS），协助最终用户工程师处理日常服务器的运维工作，包含但不限于日常系统管理、每日设备巡视、故障响应及处理、管理文档编写

岗位职责：
1、设备巡检服务
1) 乙方对服务范围中的设备进行巡检服务，巡检内容包含：
服务器CPU，内存，磁盘，网络等运行状态；
系统硬件报错信息；
操作系统软件报错信息。
2) 关键业务及备份系统设备：每月提供不超过4次的巡检；
关键业务开发测试系统及重要系统设备，每年不超过12次的巡检；
一般性业务系统及其他设备，每年不超过12次的巡检。
3) 每次巡检完后5个工作日内，乙方提供《设备巡检报告》。
4) 乙方根据巡检的结果，提供相关的技术建议。

2、服务器硬件微码和操作系统升级服务
1) 定期收集甲方环境中所使用产品的硬件微码版本及操作系统版本信息，根据产品厂家定期公布的微码或补丁升级说明，为甲方提供硬件微码和软件版本的升级建议，并协助客户进行相关微码或补丁升级。
2）甲方可以书面或邮件提交具体硬件设备的硬件微码或操作系统补丁升级需求，乙方根据需求提供具体的升级实施方案，并在与甲方沟通协商后，乙方提供微码和操作系统补丁升级的实施服务。

岗位要求：
1、相关工作经验至少3年以上；
2、熟悉服务器硬件(IBM/HP/DELL/CISCO)、操作系统（AIX/HP-UNIX/SUSE LINUX/REDHAT LINUX/WINDOWS）；
3、良好的客户服务意识，具有高度的责任心；
4、良好的英文能力；
5、工作地点在深圳市南山区高新技术产业园区。
