Job Responsibility:

？ Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods for Plastic Tooling & Molding and Assembly , utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production capabilities, assembly methods and quality control standards.

？ Plan, schedule, assign and supervise work of the production processes assigned.

？ Coach, train, and direct technicians and operators to obtain optimum output & results.

？ Create factory machine routings.

？ Process cost analysis and estimate

？ Active participate LEAN activities

？ Support and practice 6S

Qualifications:

？ College Degree in mechanical or chemical engineering or equivalent

？ Minimum 3 years of tooling and molding process working experience

？ Strong computer skills required to efficiently utilize Word, Excel, Power Point.

？ Good command of English understanding both in writing and speaking

？ Hard working, teamwork and strong communication skills

？ Work flexible hours as required to meet project deadlines and manage department

？ ProE software understanding and Project management skill will be plus
