POSITION
Key Accounts Manager, China
POSITION SUMMARY
This executive will be responsible for expanding upon the strong existing business foundation for Guest Supply in China.
He/she will be charged with growing Guest Supply business and team in this strategic region, both through direct accounts and in the process.
RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to China Sales Manager
Work with a customer service team of 4-5 which will support you on orders, reports, cases analysis and project executive.
Located at Luohu, Shenzhen
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
? Lead and manage a portfolio of $ 8.5 million or more Strategic Account Business for China.
? Lead and Manage assigned select Global Accounts for China.
? Develop strategic and tactical sales plans for assigned customers to grow sales and ensure a “sole supply” arrangement.
? Develop sales budgets for assigned customers.
? Develop and implement a pricing strategy in assigned customers that ensures both overall revenue and profit objectives are met.
? Identify key decision makers in assigned customers and cultivate relationships to ensure customer satisfaction to develop customer confidence in ALL Guest Supply’s offerings.
? Develop and implement tools to effectively measure customer satisfaction. Also develop and implement reporting for customers to effectively measure Guest Supply’s performance.
? Serve as the customer’s final “service guarantee” by ensuring that outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner and to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
? Coordinate overall client contact with assigned customers to ensure the appearance of Guest Supply as a seamless organization.
? Partner with field organization to deliver Client brand promise.
? Communicate regularly with clients to ensure all parties clearly understand the strategies meet assigned customers’ current and future needs.
? Identify and prospect future Global customers.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
? Ability to represent Guest Supply as required at industry and customer meetings.
? A minimum of a BA, preferred in Business Administration or Marketing.
? Minimum of 6 years successful sales experience, with proven regional track record of working with diverse, multi-cultural associates is essential. Must have previous experience in successfully leading and managing a multimillion dollar Multinational Account in a relating industry.
? Strong interpersonal skills – listening, ability to ask questions, relating well to others. Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the Client and assigned customers to resolve complex issues.
? Excellent written and verbal English. Excellent computer skills like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
? Decisiveness and Prioritization skills, achievement Orientation – focusing on delivering results.
? Contingency planning. Strategic and analytical, yet with the additional quality of being hands-on, detailed, and capable of working within a fast-paced and dynamic industry environment.
