Responsibilities:

-Perform regular quality system and process audits at the suppliers, and to follow up the corrective action plans.

-Develop and implement quality control procedures for manufacturing

-Monitor the overall quality performance and coordinate the root cause analysis with the supplier

-Collect production and quality data to perform SPC analysis and prepare the quality report on daily basis

-Perform outgoing quality inspection by using AQL sampling

-Handle customer complaints systematically and ensure the corrective actions are effective

-Follow up the product reliability testing setup, data verification and samples preparation

-Maintain and support product/process qualification documentation, such as first article inspection, control pla n, flowchart, inspection procedure and work instruction

-Experience on writing formal 8D reports

Requirements:

-Degree holder in Electronic / Industrial Engineering

-At least 3-5 years of working experience in quality or production engineering, experience in consumer electronic products is a definite asset

-PC literate and good MS Excel

-Fluent in written and spoken English

-Good communication, strong analytical skills and detail oriented

-Based at Shenzhen factory

-Experience in multi-national company environment
