Supply Chain specialist
Our Client is a company from UK who is incorporating a WOFE in Shenzhen to engage in electronic cigarette products trading business, sooner and later, assembly manufacturing shall be set up as well. Currently, our client would like to recruit a person to be in charge of the daily supply chain operation. The person will own the following tasks.
Responsibilities:
1 Responsible for supplier development, evaluation and outsource production planning; guarantee corporation’s production and supply. Continually monitor, evaluate and improve supplier performance
2 Responsible for getting reasonable cost and other business terms, maintenance of purchasing regulations including payment procedure, etc
3 Continuously improve efficiency of consign parts operation.
4 Responsible for logistics management, including warehouse management, domestic transportation, and import and export business; optimize logistic chains to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
5 Responsible for management of consign parts & raw material production planning; make production plan and material requirement planning according to sales demand and production orders; track and coordinate process of production to avoid delay in production delivery due to material, productivity, and quality problems. (soon when there is manufacturing)
6 Other tasks allocated by the corporation.
Requirements:
1 Rich experience of purchasing, production and logistics experience
2 Familiar with related knowledge of import and export business; understand related economic and trade laws; familiar with procurement process; strong business sense
Solid knowledge of mold, plastic injection;
3 Familiar with electronic products, special for electronic cigarette products can be a great plus.
4 Excellent communication skills and organization ability; good negotiation skills.
5 Ability to read and understand related English information; strong ability to communicate in English.
