职位描述

工作职责:
1.负责办公室日常行政事务;
2.客户和同事酒店、机票预订;
3.外籍同事签证办理;
4.协助人事部处理相关工作
5.处理公司前台事宜;处理公司搬迁等事宜
工作要求:
1.大专以上学历,至少一年以上行政相关工作经验
2.英语书面,口语能基本交流;懂粤语者优先考虑
3.有处理外籍员工签证等事宜者优先考虑
Responsibilities:
Handle office administration functions include office management etc.
Manage the office clean, furniture, plants, meeting room facilities and equipment maintenance.
Organizing the visit regarding hotel, transportation (Flight and Ground), meeting room, group dinner and relevant resources.
Support office moving project.Support company activities if necessary.
Implement office admin policies and procedure, communicate with new employees and keep all staff updated
Qualifications:
College degree or above, at least 1 year relevant working experience in office administration function
Good communication skills with fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both orally and in writing.
Ability to solve problem and act independently, willing to work under pressure and with challenge
