Zerolemon is seeking a top tier candidate for Online Marketing Manager role. The position will lead and manage the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms and audience segments. The Online Marketing Manager will ensure the KPIs are focused on hitting ROI targets tied to building brand awareness and engagement, driving qualified, relevant traffic to convert and deriving consumer insights and optimization strategies from online campaign performance. In addition, the Online Marketing Manager will work within the Online Marketing team to keep paid & organic online campaigns organized, executed on time and optimized to hit ROI & performance goals. The position will focus on consumer marketing, display advertising, product launches, traffic, ad operations & 3rd party ecommerce reseller policy support.
Responsibilities
1)Increase Zerolemon.com’s growth ine-commerce business through expansion & performance optimization of organic & paid online campaigns
2)Lead implementation strategy, campaign execution & ad ops trafficking of all commerce-oriented online marketing campaigns, including Search (paid & organic), Retargeting, Display Networks, Affiliates, Social Media, Comparison Shopping Engines and Channel Partner Campaigns
3)Ensure all product content published to the online channel maintains a high degree of relevance to target audiences & consumer segments, alignment with brand voice and positive commercial outcomes
4)Search & Comparison: manage evolution, expansion and optimization of Zerolemon’s search marketing, comparison shopping and use-case specific landing page performance while charting a course to improved brand product presentation in online marketplaces
5)Retargeting – devise strategy to leverage retargeting audience segmentation & technology to improve relevance of product messaging to in-market shoppers; execute & optimize
6)Affiliate Marketing – Drive sales growth of affiliate marketing network by signing up new commercially-oriented affiliates, launching product-data driven campaigns & offers, and managing growth of the program overall
7)Social Media – devise strategy to integrate product stories & education into Zerolemon’s paid social media program that drives more highly qualified traffic from social media channels to Zerolemon.com
8)SEO – define & manage execution of Zerolemon.com’s search engine optimization programs to increase relevant organic traffic, leads, & sales from search engines & social media
9)Product Launches – in charge of planning & execution of online campaigns to support upcoming and new product launches; increase awareness, interest & conversion of new products in Zerolemon.com.
10)Report, summarize and optimize online product campaign delivery & performance metrics on weekly basis for both individual campaigns and in aggregate
11)Manage day-to-day online campaign trafficking & execution with agency partners
12)Collaborate with Channel Marketing team to monitor and improve the use of Zerolemon trademarks, copyright & content by 3rd party retailers in online channel
13) Enforce Trademark Policy & Authorized Reseller Policy for Ecommerce while collaborating with partners on multi-channel advertising campaigns
14)Collaborate with E-commerce, Social Media & Channel Marketing teams to ensure Zerolemon’s product-related content is published efficiently and accurately, while driving improvements in ROI
15)Revise current online shopping process for Zerolemon products by making it easier for consumers to understand which Zerolemon products are right for them based on their budget & interests through strategy and execution of superior audience targeting, online content merchandising and campaign management
Desired Skills and Experience
1)3+ years of experience in Online Marketing programs ranging from Search Engine Marketing, SEO, Display/Retargeting and ecommerce content production/merchandising for web-based businesses
2)Experience pioneering, defining and launching new marketing programs from scratch, including budget management, data-driven audience segmentation strategies and ad operations
3)Proven experience managing an advertising budget to ROI goals while driving ecommerce sales growth through strategy & execution of product-oriented message-driven online marketing campaigns
4)Strong foundation of aggregating, analyzing and reporting core online campaign performance metrics
5)Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of development at once without sacrificing quality of execution
6)Proactive, creative problem solver with a need & affinity for telling campaign performance stories through data
7)Independent individual contributor & collaborative teammate
8)Undergraduate degree preferred
9)Understand USA / Europe Online & E-commerce Markets
10)Fluency in English (TEM-8 or TOEFL) is a must.
