The event planner is in charge of creating and maintaining the planning of in game promotions and specific events for each game of the studio. As a member of the monetization team, the event planner reports to the game monetization manager.



Responsibilities

1. Play the games extensively – on a daily basis;
2. Work closely with the monetization manager and the production team to define promotion and events strategy inside the games;
3. Build a comprehensive and in depth planning. Oversee its effective implementation;
4. Coordinate and set up the in-game communication (assets creation, push notification, etc.);
5. Monitor the performance of the promotions and events and their impact on the retention and revenue of the players;
6. Suggest optimizations to the game team;
7. Analyse competitors and perform benchmarking.

Qualifications

1. Passion for video games;
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics or an equivalent field;
3. Master's degree is a plus;
4. 1 year of professional experience in online/B2C business;
5. Proficient with Excel;
6. Good understanding of statistics;
7. Fluent in English;
8. Excellent communication skills and highly organized person.
