Responsibilities:
-Find defeat root cause by performing component electrical and physical failure analysis.
-Perform analysis using Scope,curve tracer,X-ray,Cross section ect.Data analysis and reporting.
-Setup the database of failure mode and mechanism.
-Develop, introduce and improve failure analysis method.
-Provide training to technicians and operators to develop their technical competence.
-Cooperate with R&D team for root cause and get solution to improve.
-Other task assigned by management.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or equivalent.
-5+ failure analysis experience on component & RF circuit in semiconductor/electronics company.
-Deeply understanding RF/Video/Audio/Mobile Phone product operation theory, familiar with Scope,Signal Generator,Spectrum analyzer,X-ray ect.
-Good skills on BGA/QFN component & Multi-layer PCBA failure analysis.
-Understand MCU firmware programming.
-Good communication skill in both English and Chinese.
-Pro-active and willing to work under pressure.
