9:30 - 18:30 Monday - Friday

Work Responsibilities

- Manage problematic stock of warehouse.管理仓库问题存货

- Verify the responsibility for defective products.确认问题产品的责任方

- Coordinate with supplier to solve the discrepancies of delivery, acquire materials for rework.与供应商合作解决交付差异，并协商获得加工材料弥补

- Coordinate with subcontractor to arrange problematic stock’s storage, rework arrangement, lock and unlock process in WMOS.与转包商联络安排问题库存，重新安排库存，负责仓库管理系统的数据锁定以及解锁

- Implement the KPI assessment to subcontractor’s daily operation.实施对转包商日常工作的关键技术指标的评估

- Understand, analyze and propose the solutions to improve the warehouse operation process, quality and performance, and reduce daily operation cost.理解，分析以及提出仓库日常运作的效率提高方案，质量绩效方案，且减少日常运作开支。

Job Requirement

- Fresh graduate 2014年毕业生，2013年毕业的可考虑为正式员工

- Good knowledge in Warehousing, Shipping, Supply Chain.了解仓库运作，船运，以及供应链

- Strongly organizational and systematic.系统组织能力强

- Should have strong written and verbal communication skills.书面及口头沟通能力强

- Fluent in English is a must.英语熟练

- Knowledge in WMOS and ERP would be highly appreciated.有WMOS以及ERP会优先考虑
