Job Description:

1. Work with HONG KONG headquarter to design and implement KPI of inbound and customer service
2. To identify problem area and make possible solution/ recommendation for process improvement to ensure department's efficiency
3. Develop and enhance inbound service product and process efficiency for maximum customer service satisfaction
4. To solve problem cases including un-delivered cargo to protect company interest and avoid potential risk of bad debt
5. Train and coach team members to meet growing business needs
6. To drive for eCommerce promotion for enhancing service level and customer self-service
7. To ensure the team in handling the daily job tasks in adherence to the Global process/ISO procedure and respective local customs regulatory requirement

Requirements:

1. Associate degree or above in related major. 5+ years experience in shipping/logistics/transportation industry, of which at least 3 years in team management role.
2. Expertise in shipping industry, shipping service products and service standard. Well understand customer needs and competitor & market information.
3. Good supervision and people management skills. Ability to adapt to rapid change, face challenges calmly, maneuver difficult situation tactfully.
4. Fully literate in English, fluent in Cantonese.
5. Master MS office and software in the industry.
