Job Description
*Act as a tecnical developer of new products within our range of supply.
*Identification of new potential products together with our sales team and implement such products together with technical staff at Bcker HTS.
*Understanding and experience with local industrial technical standards and approvals.
*Interface to the local sales team as to overseas colleagus.
*Person must have stong personality with a wide technical knowledge who takes ownership of projects.
*Through careful planning is able to run-and successfully implement projects according to agreed time schedule.

Requirement
*Technical University degree as Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
*Experience with development of industrial products for minimum 4 years.
*Experience working within an international environment.
*Documented success from previous industrial projects.
*Experience from working with relevant suppliers during development phase and evaluate actual pricing and technical abilities.
*Woking experience from Railway Industry, Fully understanding of technical norms and experience from development of electrical components.
*Fluent in written and spoken English.
*Good computer skills.
*Excellent communication skills, pro-active and independent, team worker as well as friendly, open and looking forward to new challenges.
*Capable to join an international environment.
*Mature,credible and comfortable dealing with all level of the organization.
