Responsibility:

· Perform surveys for all types/modes of household moves, local moves and office moves.
· Instruct client regarding document requirements, insurance coverage, destination country information (dual role with CSR), services provided by Santa Fe
· Estimate costs and prepare quotation for each job
· Follow up of all quotations with clients and / or agent
· Input quotation status into MM2 within 24 hours after job status is known.
· If the job is booked, acceptance form has to be collected before packing is arranged. Payment term has to follow company policy.
· Preparation of job instructions for Operations / CSR
· Preparation of job invoices for entry into MM2 by CSR
· Attend Site visit to the job site and give suggestion and comments in improving our service level.
· Attend weekly sales meetings to review prospect reports for each outstanding quotation
· Assist training of CSR position regarding export documentation, insurance coverage, general customer service, quotations
· Assist CSR in collecting insurance coverage form from client 2 days before packing
· Assist in follow up on payment receivable
· Use MM2 maintain client account information
· Regular visit to corporate clients and maintain relationship
· Arrange sale call to develop new and potential corporate accounts.
· Attend social or chamber community activities.
· Support RM sales and operation work when required.

Requirement:

· Bachelor Degree
· Excellent English speaking, listening and writing skills
· Sales work experience
· Customer service work experience
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Good computer skills in using outlook, work, excel
· Be fully familiar with the ISO 9001 company quality policy, and follow the related work procedures with particularly as they effects the sales and service procedures.
· To coordinate with ISO Internal & External audit and follow-up with assigned work related with ISO.
· To identify, review and report potential risk during offering services, take measures to avoid /reduce negative impact to SSF.
