JD:

• Ensure strong network and relationship with domestic brands/retailers for sales initiatives in China. Work with key domestic brands/retailers for seasonal garments --Thread, Zips and other Coats products for specification-in.
• To assist and implement the visit plans together with direct sales to ensure that current and potential brands accounts are developed, so that Pan China sales targets and company sales targets can be achieved.
• To initiate and build relationships with top notch senior management in existing and potential brands accounts, garment vendors matrix to build Coats profile and develop excellent network for Coats penetration.
• To communicate with local direct sales team and operation team in Coats so that specifications can be prioritized and materialized to meet sales / service targets.
• Execute the Spec-in programs & appropriate pricing strategy by segment in areas and participate actively in pricing and contract negotiations with key customers together with sales organization.
• Present monthly report to management detailing downstream market and customer activities, competition activity and strategies, service issues and etc.

Requires:

1. University degree in Textiles/garment, business administration
2. 3-5 year of experience in a sales or marketing management role.
3. Experience in textile /garment industry with accessories experience preferred.
4. Experience in a multicultural work environment is an advantage.
5. Strong management skills and solid decision making ability.
6. Proactive and results-oriented.
7. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
8. English language skills (written and verbal) are essential.
