职位描述

Key Accountabilities
Supplier Management - development/ MP daily management/ KPI assessment
Program lifetime Cost & Commercial Management
Program Supply Base Management
Problem solving skill with highly team work spirit
Key Performance Indicators
Per project NPI needs, co-work with Strategic Sourcing Managers on new supplier sourcing & supplier selection (with input from finance, quality, engineering, and central supply base mgt)
Program RFQ management with suppliers; including audit BOM materials/non-BOM materials, and review other quotation items (with input from finance, quality, engineering, and central supply base mgt)
Strong Project Management for supply base work. Manage the communication on cost /issues among clients, internal teams & suppliers. Support Client Team Manager and PM/sales/Finance to deliver a successful project
Co-work with Strategic Sourcing Managers on Cost management & Commercial terms negotiation. Ensure the best price and terms apply on all products.
Continuous cost efficiency driving and ensure the cost reduction per project according to company annual cost saving program
Strong coordinate power to manage special request from clients, exceptional issues closing
Good understanding for project milestones, participate engineering/ quality/security/productions routines, linking with impact for cost
Drive and cultivate supplier to continuous performance
Co-work with Procurement Team on material management on sufficient supply, E&O and EOL management.
Maintain web-based tools- Project Flo/ Purchase Requisition /Product Catalogue Flo
Management of Samples – ensure all the golden samples being recorded and kept in the sample room
Team work with CSM, Finance, sales for timely price update accurately, be expert and careful enough to manage each price breakdown
Proactively share the project and product knowledge & lesson learns within the team and across the client teams in the monthly SBM Forum.
Be Initiative to learn and bend more kinds of work
Knowledge & Experience
Graduate or equivalent qualification in related studies.
5 years above industry experience in purchasing, sourcing, merchandising, project Management.
Have related product & project knowledge and experience
Good communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively
Able to work independently and work in a fast paced environment where priorities can change at short notice.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Comply with Business Ethics
Additional Work Competence Certifications like C.P.M, PMP, C.P.S.M would be definite advantage
