岗位职责:

1. Provides first line (L1) helpdesk support / first call resolution;
2. Manage and resolves L1 issues on SAP, B2B, web applications; and escalates issues to L2/L3 departments as needed;
3. Support regular metrics reporting;

1. 提供用户前线支持:处理日常技术咨询和来函，解决用户疑难;
2. 负责处理前线SAP, B2B/EDI,网上应用及电子商务软件有关用户疑难;针对问题作跟踪和反馈; 按需要与其它部门协调及将问题升级;
3. 定期汇报指标报表.

任职资格:

1. Familiar and solid experience in supporting in SAP, SD module preferable;
2. Familiar and experience in ticket management system;
3. Experience in supporting other ERP application is a bonus;
4. Experience in SAP BASIS support is a bonus;
5. Good problem solving skills;
6. Quick learner for new systems/application;
7. Good communication – Chinese and English;
8. Good team player and interpersonal skills.
