Job Description & Requirements:


1. Understand and communicate footwear construction and component standards as they affect fitting, comfort and durability.

2. Solve problems and initiate corrective actions in the pre production process at factories so for manufacturability.

3. Measure lasts for both suggesting corrections and compliance check.

4. Using last information and fit samples on foot fitting model, issue recommendations and get suppliers to accept implementing corrections.

5. experience of footwear production and technical construction, lasts and patterns



Experience


1. Key experience: held a technical role in footwear pre-production technical development, footwear production and construction, lasts controls and grading patterns.

2. Senior technician: At least 5 years experience

3. Junior technician: At least 2 years experience

4. Understand production, technical construction, lasts and patterns

5. Fitting product for fit, comfort and quality

6. Communication daily with suppliers and manufacturers

7. Computer literate

8. Bilingual - English & Mandarin

9.working place: Wenzhou
