Description:

This position is reporting to Quality Manager and locating in Xiamen or Wuyi. The position is responsible for product qualities starting from design,sampling and mass production.The position will work closely with the manager and related teams in US and Shenzhen to make sure quality is made in products.

Responsibilities:

· Be responsible for quality requirement and testing for North America and European market

· Make detail quality specification and control documents with guidance of manager

· Proceed incoming material inspection, in line checking and final inspection including related on site testing with suppliers and second tier of suppliers

· Involve and provide suggestions for new product development

· Make sure the products and samples are made to specification

· Provide reports for quality analysis,improvement and inspection

· Coordinate customer for inspections and quality audits when necessary

· New supplier audit and qualification when necessary

· Communicate with US team and China team by Skype, email, and telephone required.

· Travel to different areas frequently,such as Changzhou,Wuyi,Xiamen

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree majoring in mechanical engineering or related

· Familiar with camping products (chair,tent,hammock) manufacturing

· Familiar with production process,such as injection,stamping,powder coating

· Familiar with fabrics and related process

· Be able to read product drawings

· Good communication and presentation skills with English (listening, writing, and speaking)

· Minimum 4 years of solid experience in camping products manufacturing for quality control

· Pay attention to details

· Flexible work schedule needed

· Team work and self-driven
