Job Purpose:
Develop, establish, and implement the Security Strategy and procedure to assure manufactory’s security on information and environment. Meet customer security requirement.

Key areas of accountability:
· Develop, establish, and implement the Security Strategy and procedure to assure manufactory’s security on information and environment.
· Train all necessary staff for security policy and knowledge .
· Consult with customer to ensure they are satisfied with security service delivery and cost.
· Define, establish, and maintain standards & procedures concerning Information and environment security.
· Conduct the local implementation of corporate security policies to Improve security awareness for all level employees in manufactory.
· Research and investigate threats, risks and vulnerabilities, implement protective measures to reduce identified risks
· Support the development and implementation of crisis management plans, as needed.
· Initiate continuous improvement activities to ensure quality and cost-effective security.
· Communicate regularly with other general managers APAC regarding overall progress on security
· Implement customer security requirement.

Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree or above in related field
· Minimum of 7 years' experience in the security field or related field
· Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with a multinational company
· Deep understanding of current security best practices and technology
· Proficiency in computer skills, broad knowledge in Information systems, including Infrastructure, applications, relevant certification in Information security (CISM, CISSP or GSEC)
· Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Mandarin and English
· Excellent planning and organizing skills;
· Approachable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Able to deal with ambiguity, self-starter and capable of working autonomously
