1、Accountable for all sales and cost control work from pre-contract to post-contract works for high quality Fitting-out projects
负责高品质室内装修项目合约签订前后的营销及成本控制工作
2、Develop cost plans for package contracts
编制成套合约成本计划
3、Prepare Sub-Contract tender documents, review contract requirements, evaluate and analyse tenders and prepare subcontract tender reports
审查招标合约要求，评估和分析招标文件，编制分包投标报告及投标文件
4、Prepare and monitor monthly cost reports and budgets
编制月预算报告，监控预算成本
5、Measuring quantity and preparation of quotation;
编制工程量计算清单及投标报价
6、Responsible for site measurement and cost estimation for operations project;
负责现场进度测量和运营项目的成本预算
7、Verification of sub-contractors payment, application, settlement of final accounts includes variation works and star rates;
审核分包商付款，变更，结算及变更單價分析組成及评定
8、Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and inter-departmental staff.
负责与客户，顾问，分包商及公司内部的联络，沟通
9、Prepare final project accounts
编制项目最终成本

Requirement:-
1、Degree / Higher Diploma in Construction/Engineering or equivalent
建筑/工程类本科以上学历Minimum 2 years relevant qualification experience
2年以上相关工作经历
2、PRC project with international and Hong Kong working context exposure is preferred
有国际及香港业主背景相关工作经验者优先考虑
3、Good communication, sub-contracting and price negotiation skills
具备良好的沟通能力且对分包合同及价格有良好的谈判技巧
4、Knowledge in handling PC and good command in Excel is a must
熟练运用电脑及Excel
5、Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and (Fluent English is preferred)
具备流利地中文说写能力(流利地英文说写能力优先考虑)
