Responsibilities:
1.Commercial contract administrative management;
2.Cash & credit management;
3.Update the AR aging reports every week;
4.ERP system maintenance;
5.Remind Site leaders and consultants to submit the timesheet on time;
6.Coordinate with BMs to collect the PO from clients;
7.Prepare the action plan for cash collection on a weekly basis;
8.Push clients for payment and update the payment status;
9.General review on the commercial contract;
10.Prepare the validation and O pack;
11.Prepare the weekly staff report;
12.Issue the monthly invoices;

Requirements:
1.Working experience of accounting or finance for more than 3 years in a multinational company ;
2.Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or relevant specialty is preferred;
3.Fluent oral and written English;
4.Good at Microsoft Office software (Excel, PPT, etc.);
5.Experience in Navision/Kingdee/BFC system is preferred;
6.Good communication & organization skills;
7.Have the spirit of cooperation with groups and positive working attitude;
