Job description:
Resolve problems and implementation of comprehensive QA function.
Frequent workstation/manufacturing process audits, walk the shop floor to check the product manufacturing.
Take the lead to review nonconformance, ensure the implementation of corrective actions
Regular review supplier’s manufacturing processes, inspection methods and quality control system,
Review and approve the first article package from quality function.
Take the lead of quality investigation and discussion
Requirement:
Bachelor of mechanical, electronic or relevant major.
At least 5 years (3 years for master)working experience in manufacturing enterprise, with 3 years (2 years for master) in one of below areas:
- Supplier management
- Daily production quality control of mass production
Basic knowledge of quality-HSE system and tool, such as, ISO, Six Sigma, FMEA, 5S and appendices.
Good in paper work, MS-word, Excel, etc.
Ability to adapt, open minded, positive attitude in work.
Good oral and written English.
