Position: AP Strategic Marketing Director
Supervisor TitlPosition: Strategic Marketing Director- HSG APAC
Supervisor Title: VP- HSG MKT & VP- HSG APAC
Position Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities (Based on importance)
? Leading STRAP process as well as facilitating STARP initiatives execution across APAC
? Developing and driving growth strategies for HSG APAC across all line of businesses (LOB).
? Representing HSG APAC to drive Honeywell initiatives i.e. HGR, BCC, HF, tec.
? Managing, evaluating, training, recruiting, and building the strategic marketing organization in APAC
? Setting MOS to lead strategic marketing team in APAC countries and share best practices.
? Compiling and analyzing external data (customers, competitors, segmentation, value chains, sector size/ growth rates, new technologies)
? Meeting with sales and customers to conduct “voice of the customer”
? Working with global business and functional leaders (e.g., Finance, Business Development, Sales, Operations, Marcom, Technology, Pricing) to roll global initiatives in APAC
? working with Marketing Communications on branding, trade shows, promotions
Specific Qualifications as they relate to :
1. Education & Training (e.g. special degree or certificate)
? Bachelor degree, ideally in Marketing, Business or Economics. MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
? Fluent English
? Proficient in Word, Excel (for modeling), and Powerpoint (for presentation)
2. Experience (define types & specify number of years)
? Strong leadership
? Good analytical skill and excellent marketing knowledge and sense.
? Ability to work in teams, gain credibility and respect of customers get up to speed quickly on new topics and demonstrate entrepreneurialism and drive.
? Experience with technology companies (hardware, software, or IT) or a background in engineering, MNC is a plus.
? APAC-wide working experience is a plus.
