Title: Junior mechanical engineer. 职位：初级机械结构工程师
Major: Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering 专业：本科学历，机械专业
Minimum of 1 year mechanical design experience preferred 工作年限：至少1年机械设计经验
招聘要求：
1.Proficiency in Pro-E(3D&2D) and Microsoft Office 精通PRO-E（3D&2D）和办公软件
2.Experience with machined, cast, stamped, welded, injection molded, and sheet metal parts. Any two of them preferred. 有经验在加工，铸造，冲压，焊接，注塑等工艺，以上任意两种

3.experienced with prototype and related technics, such as CNC;熟悉样品加工技术(如机加工等)

4.Familiar with surface treatment technics了解常见的表面处理工艺，如拉丝，喷粉，阳极氧化等工艺

5.experienced in electronic or optical product design or module.设计过电子（或光学）设备或者其中的模块

6.experienced in mechanical related testing进行过结构相关的测试（如装配，可靠性等）

Below experience are preferred有过以下经验之一者优先:

1. Project experience with optical-mechanical systems preferred. 有光学机械系统项目经验

2.experience with Dimension chain analysis. 尺寸链公差分析
3.FEA analysis by using ANSYS or Pro/Mechanica 有限元力学分析

4.Movement mechanism design experience运动机构设计和分析

岗位职责：
1.design projector products or some of the modules creatively创新设计投影机产品或其中的某些模块

2.coorperate with other electronic and optical engineers to finalize the 3D and 2D drawings与电子和光学工程师紧密合作以完成3D和2D图纸
3.Source and manufacture prototypes through suppliers 通过供应商采集和制造原型
4.perform mechanical and reliability testing and improve the design进行相关的结构可靠性测试并改进设计

5.Record design experience and share within the team总结设计经验并在团队中分享
