？ Keep all the electric , electronics systems and instruments of factory running in good condition.
确保全厂电气、自控系统和仪表的正常运行；

？ Set up preventive maintenance annal plan and implement or deal with all the urgency case of electric, electronic systems and instruments.
制定和实施电气、自控系统和仪表的预检修计划以及紧急维修；

？ Energy consumption calculation and energy saving scheme.
能耗统计和节能

？ Design and maintenance of electric distribution and control system.；
电气和控制系统的维护和设计；

？ Shoulder responsibility for preparing for spare parts in electrical control and instrument.Make monthly plan for spare parts of EM Dept.
做好相关的自控和仪表备品备件工作，制定部门的月度备件计划；

？ Set up and manage the standing book and calibration record of instrument. Draw up and carry out the calibration plan of instruments. Communicate and coordinate related Dept.
仪表台帐、校验记录的建立及管理，制定和实施仪表校验计划并与相关部门协调；

？ In charge of maintenance and management of telephone, entrance guard, monitored control system.
电话、门禁和工厂监控系统管理和维修；

？ Set up , check and update the related SOP.
制定并检查更新与电器、仪表有关的SOP；

？ Follow all the annual certification of all the equipment and facility in factory according to the regulation and set up the relative document. Take in charge of management to informations and files.
按国家规定，跟进工厂内所有需年检的设备与设施，并建立相应文件以及工程部的资料管理；

？ Comply with EM manager’s other arrangement.
服从工程部经理的其他工作安排。
