Position: Quality Assurance Manager


Traget and Mission: To ensure smooth quality assurance against corporation and national regulation, to meet the company quality and business target


Direct Superior: General Manager



Qualifications:


1. Bachelor or higher degree in Mechanical or Mechanics Engineering or related field;

2. Preferably with at least 8 years working experience in Quality Assurance and at least 5 years in management level. Preferably with at least 5 years in a plastic & rubber parts manufacturing environment;

3. Ability to plan and coordinate resources (capital for equipment, spending budget and man power) to meet section's operation requirements and quality target;

4. In depth knowledge of plastic & Rubber parts assembly manufacturing processes;

5. Good experience in product manufacturing process, factory design & development capability and supplier's quality and testing processes;

6. Experience in managing one or more teams of QA/QC staff, technicians,operators in manufacturing environment;

7. Internal auditor /quality system auditor license holder preferred;

8. Solid knowledge TS16949 or similar quality standards;

9. Knowledge and application of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, Quality Tools like Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Design of Experiment (DOE) or its equivalent;

10.Computer skill in office software,strong interpersonal skill and team work spirit,very well organized and problem solving.



Responsibilities:



1. Establish and maintain quality according to TS16949;

2. Setup and administer a team of quality control and quality assurance which consists of products;

3. Quality management and supplier quality management, supplier process qualification and supplier process audit to meet quality and business targets;

4. Responsible for identify plastic and rubber components defects (form/fit/function) related to Products defects causes, provide countermeasure and recommend plus coordinate Root Cause;

5. Close Loop Corrective Action (CLCA) with both factory's Manufacturing Engineering,Manufacturing and Suppliers to resolve process and technical issues;

6. Provide leadership and guidance in streaming and continual improving supplier component quality by periodically reviewing and implementing of Supplier Component Quality Management Plan, Supplier Process Audit, and Supplier Incoming Quality Performance (DPPM) Review in accordance to the technical specification, process requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering practices;

7. Facilitate and chair periodic quality improvement meetings with suppliers and related departments;

8. Responsible to lead SQE operations in complying with company ISO 9001, TS16949 etc. Quality Management System requirements and also continuous improvements;

9. Drive continuous improvement in quality system and customer satisfaction,implement company quality policy;

10.Work closely among inter-sections and inter-department to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effectively manner.
