Responsibilities:
1. Communicate directly with Bureau Veritas SSC, and interact directly with international accreditation bodies for product program
2. Review BV’'s commercial proposals before they are sent to the relevant clients
3. Assist to perform final review of BV’s Chain of Custody reports and ensure the quality of reports
4. Communicate and follow-up with BV’s SSC team to ensure that reports are reviewed and certificates emitted within an appropriate timeframe
5. Follow-up with BV’s clients to ensure that they receive a timely and professional certification service in conformity with relevant accreditation requirements
6. Participate in preparing and implementing relevant action plans to support the product activities across the BV Asia Zone.
7. Contribute to the management of the international accreditations
8. Support sales team to continuous develop Forestry related certification service to potential clients
9. Translate Chain of Custody audit reports into Chinese
10. Other tasks assigned by the product Manager

Requirements:
1. BS or above degree in any business or humanity disciplines (e.g. Business Administration, English, French, etc.)
2. Proficient in written/oral communication in both English and Chinese
3. Excellent interpersonal and cross-organizational skills
4. Excellent coordinating and organizing skills
5. Disciplined and detail oriented
6. Team work spirit and open minded
7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite- excellent Outlook or Lotus Notes skills, Live Meeting, PowerPoint etc
