工作职责

? 现场生产管理:能协助部门经理管理团队大约30~50 人左右的团队,确保员工能按照质量和安全的要求进行操作。

? 完成KPI指标:能充分理解各项营运指标(KPI),并能带领员工完成生产效率、库房准确率等各项KPI指标。

? 排产、出勤管理:负责员工的出勤排班,控制员工加班。

? 人员管理:能对员工的日常工作进行有效指导和培训;能正确有效地运用各种奖惩措施激励员工,提高效率;能定期和员工进行沟通,维护团队的稳定性,增强团队凝聚力。

? 流程优化和改善:在工作流程, 工具或工作方法方面有创新能力,能够对于SOP(标准化生产)提出有建设性的改善意见,并能积极领导改善建议的实施与执行。


岗位要求

? 熟悉Office办公软件,能熟练使用Excel和Outlook。

? 有一年以上的大型制造业、仓储行业、物流行业或相关行业的团队管理经验。

? 能吃苦耐劳,能适应夜班和倒班工作。

? 有良好的学习和抗压能力,能适应快节奏的生产。

? 能进行简单的英语邮件沟通。

? 具有良好的沟通和表达能力,能有效地进行上下游及跨部门之间的沟通

? 具有较强的责任心和稳定性



薪资待遇:

1、基本工资3000+加班费

工作时间:综合计算工时制,需要上夜班,每4周倒班。
