Responsibilities
1. Leverage appropriate technology/applications to improve business operations
2. Effectively manage expectations from business units
3. Follow up Application Development SOPs for in-house/outsourcing project
4. Project Implementation and Management
5. System and Application Administration and Support
6. System Security Control

Requirements
1. Knowledge of business operation on related business functional area
2. Understands and analyzes business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions
3. Knowledge of related business technology, e.g.., BI, MDM etc.
4. Works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and validate business needs and requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems;
5. Knowledge of web technology, database programming, and Microsoft technology
6. Analyzes, models, optimizes, documents and implements business processes and process flows, information and information flows and business rules;
7. Develops, writes and communicates business requirements (including functional specifications) for use in the design and implementation of business solutions;

8. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
9. At least 5-year professional experiences in similar fields for a large MNC, preferably with reasonable experiences in pharma industry
