Responsibilities

I. Sales
- Assist managers with customer visits/meetings
- Handle customer/project dealer accounts
？ Assist HK region/client
？ Other agents
- Manage/update sales manual, pricelist, quotation template
- Update Weekly Pipeline + Completed Projects Overview
II. Admin
- Assist General Manager with monthly reimbursement/business travel reimbursement
- Manage and arrange showroom samples (standard samples) + prepare labels
- Assist STP manager with all STP related tasks, including but not limited to; 1. Coordination with dealers (Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Harbin) for samples, orders, payments and other communication, 2. Manage STP stock lists, transportation, installation and payments
- Coordinate with suppliers: manage monthly payment overview for floor installation company + glue supplier
- Customer Reception
- Weekly report (send to General Manager by Friday night)
- Other duties assigned by General Manager

Education Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above, in Sales, Finance, Business Administration or other relevant field
Language Requirement: - Good command of spoken English & Chinese

Other Requirement:
- Good communication skills to coordinate the work with designers / clients / installers - Good admin management skills - Good communication skills and sense of responsibility and patience; also with details oriented
- Background in interior design - autocad - illustrator is a plus (but not mandatory) - Good command of MS office, especially WORD, Excel, PPT - Quick learning skills and positive working attitude - Open mind, Aggressive and Flexibility
- Good interpersonal skills, team-work spirit, highly efficient working style
- Full-time position
