职位描述
He/she will have at least 5-10 years of national or regional level managerial experience in the distribution of FMCG in China through traditional (wholesale) and modern distribution networks (both hypermarkets/supermarkets and specially CVS -convenience stores-).
The suitable candidate must have the following specific experience:
-has managed sizeable sales teams at national or regional level (10-20 staff). He/she must be used to set commercial objectives/targets, to control/support/follow-up the daily operations of the sales people, create/manage incentives programs…
-KA management experience. He/she has specific knowledge of the procedures to be listed in CVS and modern distribution (selection of suitable partners, preparation and validation of P&Ls in order to guarantee profitability, negotiation of listing fees, guarantee sell-in, follow-up with CVS and own sales team of the correct distribution levels and sell-out…).
-has a proven record of opening new markets & obtaining new customers (not just managing existing customers).
-he/she must possess good customer’s base/contact list.
-experience in the Gift/Premium channel will be highly valuable (especially in selling lighters to tobacco and gift/premium companies).
