薪水：3000新币以上（面议），其他福利以合

工程师本科学历，2年相关工作经验即可


部门经理要求：
Requirements :


Degree in Mechanical engineering or related discipline, with 8 years of relevant maintenance or plant shutdown experiences in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical plants.
Knowledge of Plant Turnaround Management and planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6, would be an advantage
Able to deal with change and ambiguity well
Willing to work overseas for short stints
Able to speak and write Chinese (for assignment based Taiwan posting)


Responsibilities :

Overall control and responsible for the Turnaround job.
To establish, monitor and control all Turnaround plans, budgets, programmes and resources requirements
To comply with clients’ tendering procedures and conditions, structuring of contract packages and appointment, administration and payment of all subcontractors and suppliers.
To be able to make presentations, preferably in Chinese.
To identify, report and update the contract changes and modifications to the relevant parties.
To assist the MD in planning for good cashflow of the Turnaround job and take all opportunities to minimize cost,
To direct and manage the performances of responsibilities delegated to the subordinate staff employed in the Turnaround job.
To ensure the job safety and environmental protection are in compliance with the company Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.
To ensure the quality of works delivered is in accordance with the contract specifications and QA/QC Plan.
To maintain professional relationship with clients, consultants, suppliers and Local Authorities.
To ensure that all quotations, relevant information to the client are delivered in the current form and within the necessary time frame
