任职条件：
1、大专及以上学历，受过现代人力资源管理专业课程培训；
2、1年以上人力资源相关工作经验，其中1年以上专职招聘工作经验；
3、熟悉招聘流程，了解人才测评工具，具有一定的面试技巧，尤其是结构化面试技巧；有参与策划大型现场招聘、校园招聘、网络招聘等经验者优先考虑；
4、具备较强组织、协调能力，极强的分析及识别能力；
5、积极主动，富有责任感，具备较强的抗压能力；
6、良好的沟通与学习能力；
7、熟悉国家及地方性法律法规，特别是劳动合同法；
8、熟练使用办公软件。

岗位职责：
1、根据公司现有编制执行招聘计划，进行工作分析，完成职位说明书；
2、负责招聘渠道的维护、评估与拓展；收集、汇总、分析相关人力资源市场信息；
3、负责人员招聘、面试、甄选、录用、入职等工作；
4、发布职位信息，收集并筛选简历及安排面试；
5、负责公司内部招聘相关资料的维护、整理与保存；
6、完善、优化公司的招聘流程、人才储备及选拔体系；同时，跟踪、评估各类人才的使用情况，更新和维护人才储备库；
7、提供招聘分析报告和企业人员结构分析报告；
8、完成上级交办的其他任务。
