职位描述
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
?
Liaise closely with Finance Team and other stakeholders.
? Responsible for transition jobs according to company plan.
? Responsible for operation and ensure service deliver within SLA
? Responsible for monthly closing process / balance sheet account reconciliation. Ensure all G/L entries are posted accurately in a timely manner to complete monthly management accounts (Profit & Loss by department).
? Enforce compliance with Firm's financial, operating policies / procedures and SOX requirements
? Liaison with internal/external auditors for quarter / year end audit
? Responsible for new enhancement/system implementations according to company strategy.
? Participate in ad hoc projects as and when required
Key Result Areas ?
Achieve a successful transition in plan.
? Achieve smooth operation and support local team to complete monthly closing in time.
? Achieve accurate, timely and quality monthly management accounts / reporting to respective management
? Achieve service deliver within SLA
? Improved internal procedures and compliance with policies
EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS
?
Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification
? Preferably more than 5 years of working experience with AP/AR/GL/reporting in MNC with Japanese client. Audit experience with Big 4 is a plus.
? Comprehension about management accounts and profit & loss by departments to contribute the business growth.
? Strong Excel skills.
? Hyperion, PeopleSoft or Large Scale ERP financial systems experience a plus.
? Fluent English or Japanese, especially can read and write business email etc.
? Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management.
? Must be able to 'own' responsibilities and processes.
? Extensive knowledge and strong understanding of internal control.
? Must possess a professional and objective attitude and adhere to a high ethical standard.
? Ability to demonstrate initiative and a strong sense of meeting deadline.
