Responsibility
be fully responsible for the operation of office in Dalian, a centre which will house around 100 staff members carrying out a broad variety of complex functions to support Asian operations.
Lead and coach the Dalian team to ensure corporate goals, mission and vision are met.
Collaborating closely with both Local and Global Functional Leads, you will gain a general overview of all main functions carried out in the Dalian office, including functions which fall into Commercial, Operational or Administrative categories.
You will share your in-depth local wisdom and strong experience of international corporate behavior with local team members, colleagues from other offices around the globe, and clients as needed to ensure that the highest level of service is provided to our clients.
Give guidance and coaching to all local Functional Leads to ensure that a thorough understanding of guiding principles and business needs is instilled in all teams.
Whenever needed you will drive and guide communication between team members as well as between local functional leads among themselves and also with global functional leads and commercial managing directors
You will create and maintain a positive attitude and atmosphere that promotes team work in which employees willingly produce at maximum capacity. You will achieve this by strong involvement in all aspects of administration You will champion relentless improvement initiatives to excel in high quality, on-time and in-budget delivery to our clients.

Requirement·
University degree in Marketing/Business administration/IT or related discipline
· With 5 + year of experience at senior managerial level in a dynamic, medium to large enterprise environment.
· Experience working in a multi-national corporation and interacting closely with colleagues from various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
· Excellent problem solving skills and management skills
· Demonstrated ability to take initiative and to be innovative
· Native Mandarin and Excellent English skills (both in oral and written communication)
· Proven ability to establish Division plan and lead teams to deliver through transformational infrastructure change
· Honest, enthusiastic, positive manner
· Experience in Business Development and Market Research will be an advantage
· Experience in the Healthcare / Pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage
