Senior Specialist Target & BOM affair management

Employment – full time

Tasks

To build the IT target framework and develop IT target from long term to midterm; To set up and steer the IT BOM affair management process and regulation; To support BOM topic as an internal consultant

Key Responsibility

- Develop and adjust IT target from long term to midterm on yearly basis

- Set up IT BOM affair management process and regulation

- Support IT department related BOM presentation as an internal consultant

- Coordination internal and external target communication

- Setup IT BOM topic alignment with BMW-AG

- Identify and research policy development that involves any aspect of IT department

- Other contingent tasks and projects assigned by line manager

Qualification

- Degree level or equivalent experience in computer science or a business systems-related subject

- Technical Skills: Project management, business analysis, budget analysis, numerical demonstration skills, accounting and fiscal management, organizational skill, ITIL and ISO related knowledge required

- Business Knowledge & Process skills: Detailed knowledge of key business process streams such as: quality management

- Microsoft Office systems competency

- ITPM/ITIL methodology

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, accurate and attractive presentation of data

- Flexible to working hours and practices

- Able to travel abroad on infrequent basis

- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in business development and management, using structured methods, 4-6 years

- In addition, two years experience in manufacturing environment and at least two years practical experience with relevant IT business knowledge, 1-3 years
