职位描述

Qualification
1. BS or B of Eng or any other related technical disciplines.
2. At least 8 years experience in Quality Control or Supplier Development Engineering.
Experience in Auto industry is preferred.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control management standards and procedures including Total Quality Management, and ISO/QS 9001, TS16949, etc.
4. Proficient in quality tools such as PQCS, PPAP, etc.
5. Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing with that in Six Sigma is preferable.
6. Self Motivated, result driven /goal oriented with customer focus and sense of urgency.
7. Strong project management skills, time management skills, team leading and supplier compliance skill.
8. Good computer skill and good English communication (writing and speaking
Basic Function
Under the supervision of Quality Senior Manager in Sigma China, the incumbent is responsible
for:
1. Formulate and expand organizational policies and operating procedures for Supplier Quality Management.
2. Direct and monitor supplier assessment activities, to insure or improve supplier quality meeting Sigma quality requirement.
3. Lead SQE team to implement new part certification and release PQCS based on product development plan.
4. Direct and monitor supplier quality feedback and continually improve product quality

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Periodically audit the existing supplier performance & continue to improve the product quality to drive for continuous improvement in quality/cost savings program.
2. Making closely contact with internal/external customers to get the quality/satisfactory feedback and improve from the supplier side.
3. Periodically review the customer claims and complaints to determine the appropriated corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
4. To support sourcing team to qualify supplier and manage the assessment to ensure the quality system & procedures for strategic suppliers.
5. To support PDP project to finish the part qualification in time and release the related PQCS.
6. Fully Compliance with UTC Ethics & Business Practices requirements.
7. Strictly compliance with OTIS global safety regulations, enforcement of company EH&S policy, to prevent each accident, near miss accident as responsibility.
