职位描述
Main responsibilities-
- Develop customized communication strategies and work plans for clients by
editing, proofreading, and composing initial draft documents and scripts; apply and
implement applicable knowledge obtained through experience and research;
- Develop, research, draft, review, and edit customized employee health & benefits
communication materials in plain language for targeted audiences utilizing various
applications including MS Word, PowerPoint and interactive online media.
- Coordinate appropriate reviews (compliance, technical, editorial, client, vendor,
etc.) and, to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of materials, follow up with
necessary parties to arrive at solutions to issues raised during the review process.
- Interact with clients on a regular basis by answering questions, handling edits or
changes, and providing requested materials over the phone, via e-mail or by
attending client meetings.
- Assist consultants with production coordination by clearly communicating individual
and team workload availability; providing feedback on accurate timelines and
updates as projects progress; communicates with vendors on production
coordination. Takes all necessary steps to deliver projects on time and within
budget.
Requirements-
- BA degree and above in business, communication, journalism, human
resources or related field of study.
- Four or more years’ extensive experience in corporate
- Communications, preferably in general HR, compensation,
benefits and policies fields.
- Ability to develop innovative and effective communication strategies
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Prior experience in client facing roles
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Strong command of MS Word and PowerPoint and online interactive media
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks within concurrent deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team
- Good written and oral English and media experience is highly preferred
