Job Responsibilities:
In your mother tongue:
？？ Evaluate the performance of trainers in an Assessment Centre or in a “live” training situation
？？ Structured observation of the candidates & analysis of observation outcome
？？ Constructive, professional feedback to the candidates
？？ Draw up written evaluation of results
？？ Conduct high level Train the Trainer events with a strong focus on developing methodological and social skills as well as brand expertise
Requirement/Basic Qualifications:
？？ Bachelor Degree at least
？？ Native speaker of Italian/French/Spanish/Chinese
？？ Business fluent English and/or German
？？ Professional background: Adult education/training
？？ Min. 5 years practical trainer experience in adult qualification
？？ Profound experience in HR diagnostic tools
？？ Excellent communication and presentation skills
？？ Awareness of the demands of a “premium” brand
？？ Open-mindedness and strong relationship skills
？？ High degree of conflict resolution and mediating
？？ Keen perception and accuracy in observation
？？ Willingness to travel
