JOB DESCRIPTION:
This employee will perform entry-level product Development Supports and Purchasing functions, enable Buyer to more focusing on product strategic setting/realization, Merchandising/Sale &Inventory Management.

Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
1. Assist Buyer to arrange Sample Buying Plan and Management.
2. Help Prepare material for Product Brand Overview/VM guild line meeting.
3. Maintaining Collection Playground File.
4. Counter Sampler Tracking/Monitoring, Driving Fitting Session and Maintain fabric/trim/garments comments history.
5. Order Placement.
6. Delivery Tracking and build up Warning System work.
7 Help seeking new sources of supply.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Min 2 year experience in Garment relative area. Gook Knowledge of Product and production
2. Bachelor degree
3. Good Excel skills.
4. Proactive working attitude, willing to learn
5. Good communication Skill and basic English skill in reading and writing.
6. Strong Priority sense and able to deal with multi-task in the meantime

买手助理

职位描述：
这名雇员将执行入门级的产品开发和大货采购职能，并完成一些事务性工作使买手能聚焦在产品策略制定、实施/商品企划/跟进销售，控制库存.
这个位置的职责包括，但不限于：
1．帮助买手制定样品采购计划和之后的样衣管理。
2．为产品总揽等买手重要会议提供必需的各种材料和支持。
3. 负责维护每季的产品开发/下单的产品总览表。
4. 负责样衣跟进，主导每周的试身， 负责记录/发出/保存有关面料，辅料，成衣的意见
5．下单并确认。
6．每周的订单追踪和更新，并与物流部门紧密合作，建立预警系统
7．寻找新的供应来源。


任职要求：
1。至少两年服装相关经验，对产品和工厂生产知识比较丰富
2。学士。
3。比较好的EXCEL技能。
4。具有主动进取的工作态度，渴望学习。
5。良好的沟通和表达能力，和一定的英文读写基础。
6。很强的先后次序工作习惯和能力，能同时承担多项任务。

DESIRED资格：
1。有一定的时尚设计背景或经历。
