• Develop and execute sourcing based strategies for responsible areas.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of sourcing initiatives end to end.
• Create and develop strong working relationships with key internal and external partners.
• Consistently create, present and implement process improvements within the organization.
• Ensure a competitive sourcing environment leading to continuous improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends including analysis of market drivers, cost structures and technical improvements.
• Support supplier initiatives including annual cost reductions, supplier consolidation, favorable business terms, etc.

• A degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management. MBA, CPSM preferred.
• 5+ years experience in sourcing environment.
• Experience in negotiating commercial terms and service level agreements
• High Level of RFx (RFI, RFQ and RFP) sourcing skill set is required
• Global RFx development experience would be an advantage
• Experience within the technology or financial services industries preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to assume leadership roles.
• Supply chain experience managing cross functional teams in a fast pace company.
• Familiarity with world-class sourcing methods and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Fluent in English. Chinese and other Asian languages are plus.
• Exceptional ability to solve problems.
• Ability to be innovative in issues related to strategic sourcing, supplier relations.
• Strong analytical skills (i.e. cost modeling, quotation analysis, supplier selection).
• Expertise in the use of Microsoft Office Productivity applications required.
