职位描述
Job Description:
- Role as RF Power Lab Engineer for Shanghai Development Center ( SDC ).
- Responsible for RFP measurements, testing and analysis of results.
- Develop/duplicate automation in RFP testing and setup of equipment for device/module characterization.
- Able to perform debugging RF transistor and resourceful in solving problems.
- Proactive in ensuring successful project execution ( cost, schedule and efforts )
- Provide report to management of project and customer technical issues status .
- Manage project issues with proactive tracking of issues and defining effective countermeasures.
- Will required Hands On in PCB and System circuit design. Also proficient in PCB layout for RF power applications.
- For good experience candidate, can consider for Involvement in Product definition of new RF Power module designs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors/Master/PhD Degree in Electronic Engineering ( specializing in Electromagnetic Fields , Microwave & in RF Power )
- At least 3 -5 years of experience in RF Power circuit design and application/system development.
- Experienced in RF power amplifier designs, Doherthy amplifiers designs and RF POwer systems development.
- Able to translate specifications and to testing requirements.
- Diligent in following systematic verification and testing processes.
- Experienced in developing the team management and interfaces to foreign management.
- Familiar with EDA software such as ANSOFT(Designer, Ensemble, HFSS) and ADS, PROTEL, …etc
- Must be proficient in using different kinds of RF test/measurement instruments.
- Familiar working in a multicultural environment . ( eg. Western cultures )
- Self motivator and able to work independantly.
- Good communication and interpersonal communication skills.
- Reading/Writing fluently in English and Chinese.
- Good experienced in RF test and lab instrumentations.
