职位描述
Job Description:
1 Adoption of Export Control and Anti-terror (German, US and local) guidelines
- Implementation of control checks
- Adaptation of export control processes
2 Controlling
- Reporting to check compliance
- Ensure secure operation systems
3 raining:
- Create general awareness
-Ensure security operation system
4 Implement required EC checkpoints into system & process + license application (if any)
5 Make a checking report for compliance
6 Conduct training to create awareness
- Perform audit on internal divisions + regional affiliates
7 Disseminate all information (updates in regulation or internal processes) to the Export Control-responsible and Customs-responsible personnel within a appropriate timeframe (i.e. timely)
8 Ensure correct import and export declaration and documentation filing
- Implementation of control checks
- Implement Customs law requirements into internal guideline / process for compliance
- Application of relevant export/import permit or license
9 Controlling
- Reporting to check compliance
- Ensure secure operation systems
10 Training:
- Create general awareness
-Ensure security operation system
Job Requirements:
1 College Level or Above
2 Good English both Written & Spoken
3 Good Communication Skill, Team Spirit
4 3 Years Working Experience in a Forwarding Company or I/E Experience in an Enterprise
5 Good Computer Skill in Microsoft,
6 Knowledge on Export Control
